Uh, that's really bad. The PCB is defenately broken and not worth sending back to germany. So just keep it and send me your adress for an replacement PCB. Anyway you most likely can repair the PCB quite easily also. You just have to solder a small wire between these two resistor pins in the image.

Hi all,
Jast I sent my postal address on the asctec support email.
I tried to solder the two resistances. I have input now on all axis but it's still impossible to do the calibration. I tried to fly but with the acc on always one axes is not working well (never the same axes after recalibration). Do you think another track could be destroyed in this area?

No, but you can try to find out. See what the values (raw-values) of the X-ACC sensor are, in each step of the calibration procedure. Tell me what these values are, and I'll tell you if there is something strange.
Please really look up the raw values, not the output values. They are of no meaning if the calibration is not correct.

Do you mean the input values when the xufo is in all the different positions of the procedure? For instance I start the auto calibration and I note the value then I put the xufo up side down, I let it in this position and I note the new three input values? Am I correct?

Ok so these are the input values I noted during the autocalibration procedure when the ufo was in the different positions

First position : x= 316, y=340, z=88
2nd position : x=321, y=338, z=568
3rd position : x=87, y=447, z=336
4th position : x=317, y=338, z=328
5th position : x=327, y=337, z=335
6th position : x=556, y=229, z=327

At the end : x=317, y=340, z=90

Is this normal?

Hmmm.. X and Z axis are ok. But the Y-axis seems very strange. It seems to be somehow connected to the x-axis. Are you sure the wire is connected just as Jast said, and does not connect to anywhere else also?

I checked this morning my soldering and I was not sure on the second one, it's possible that this one was not perfect and was touching the smd below, so I did it again and now I'm quite sure that the two soldering are ok (see pictures).
So I will note tonight again the values of the acc calibration to see if there is a change.

Hi,
after having resolder the wire, here are the new input values:

First position : x= 330, y=334, z=83
2nd position : x=326, y=336, z=567
3rd position : x=86, y=447, z=327
4th position : x=324, y=335, z=325
5th position : x=332, y=333, z=328
6th position : x=561, y=227, z=326

The values are more or less the same as it was before.
