Strange that DHL tells otherwise:
"Eine Sendungsverfolgung ist nicht inklusive." (excerpt from their webpage if you send something as "DHL Päckchen").
In english: It says that this type of package has NO tracking number. |
Yesterday i called with DHL and this time they sad, that every package has a number because when something is lost they can find it back.(somthing logical i think )It is strange because most of the the package arrived in 3 days, It is now a week ago and still no package.In that time i can send a package to australia from holland.Today i will call DHL. |
