Shuts down when throttle applied

I have a stock X-UFO and have a problem with it starting. It starts up fine, the gyro spins and all lights flash as they are supposed to. When I apply throttle it shouts down, the gyro stops and it has one solid red led on. The props don't attempt to spin or anything.

hmmhmm, long time ago the stock X-Ufo problems.
Perhaps it's a overcurrent or short circuit problem. Disconnect all 4 engines and test engine for engine if it works on alone.

Did this happen out of the blue or after a crash? ... Is it repeatable or does it only have the single red LED of death? ... check the motor and LED boards for a possible short ... as mentioned, this could cause an overcurrent at throttle up.
